I express my desire to participate in axe-throwing with Iron and Steel Events. I understand that axe-throwing involves sharp, dangerous objects in motion and that I am engaging in this activity at my own risk. I understand that by engaging in this activity, I will be exposed to the following risks.
- Possible damage to personal property
- Cuts and abrasions.
- Serious and likely permanent injuries.
- Dismemberment, and even death.
- Equipment could potentially malfunction.
In signing the below, you agree to accept the following;
- I agree to follow the safety precautions as outlined by Iron and Steel Events staff.
- Iron and Steel Events are not responsible for any loss of property or personal injury.
- I will not seek claims or damages against Iron and Steel Events, nor participate in any class action suits.
- In the event of injury, I understand that I will be solely responsible for the cost of treatment.
- I authorise Iron and Steel Events staff to render emergency first aid as required.
I confirm l am 18+ and have no health conditions that would be exacerbated by the practice of Axe-throwing/Archery.
By giving my email address and name, on behalf of myself and my estate and heirs, I indemnify Iron and Steel Events, as well as their equipment suppliers and manufacturers, from all liabilities, expenses, and damages.
